Carly Westerfield is the Recipe Production Assistant at Epicurious and Bon Appétit. Prior to joining the team, she worked in the kitchens and dining rooms of SingleThread Farms and Quail and Condor Bakery in California, and Eleven Madison Park in New York. She’s also had her food styling work featured on Food52 and in the New York Times. Originally from Maine, she has a strong love of oysters and even stronger opinions about what temp your lobster roll should be served at. When not contemplating what to serve at her next dinner party, you’ll find her walking her dog, Paco in Riverside Park or sourcing the city’s perfect negroni.
